ORDERS
Handling Times
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items.
Delivery Times
The delivery time depends entirely on the carrier. We are not able to provide any information other than that found on the carrier’s tracking system.
For digital products, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as payment clears. This link will be available for 7 calendar days, at which point it will no longer work. If you are unable to download a digital product purchased from us, get in touch at support@apparelparadise.net.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
We use fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Latvia. If you are ordering from outside these territories, customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at support@apparelparadise.net with your order number. We will do our best to get the items to you, however, we are unable to affect delivery times, only the carriers are in control of how quickly the items will be delivered to you. Please note that if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we may not be able to retrieve the package.
How do I track my order?
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@apparelparadise.net.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@apparelparadise.net within 14 calendar days with photos of the damaged product and its packaging, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
eGIFT CARDS
For simplicity, eGift Cards will be referred to simply as “Gift Cards” within this section of the Terms and Conditions.
Redemption/Fees
Apparel Paradise Gift Cards are redeemable at ApparelParadise.net.
No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Gift Cards in connection with the sale of Gift Cards.
Gift Card returns
You may not return or cancel your Apparel Paradise Gift Card after purchase. Any balance is non-refundable and can only be redeemed at ApparelParadise.net.
Limitations
You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred.
Gift Cards are valid for 365 days after purchase. After 365 days, the Gift Card becomes unredeemable.
Risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards pass to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers
All orders of Gift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the website with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser’s financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser’s failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the address of the recipient is correct and contact us if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Gift Card.
Reasons for Failed Delivery of Gift Cards
Gift Cards are delivered via email. Below is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may fail:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- The recipient’s firewall blocked the email
- The recipient’s email inbox is full
- Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking Apparel Paradise emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that Apparel Paradise emails are not considered spam.

Personalized Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to a Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process.
If we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.
REVIEWS
We may send you invitations to review items you have purchased on our Site. We reserve the right to remove any review left on the Site by customers, including any images attached to the review, without notice. Our criteria for removing reviews include (but are not limited to) any reviews containing abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language. Reviews that only mention third-party services (such as delivery services) may also be removed.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Please note that custom items/designs are not exclusive and may be sold to other buyers on our Site. The extra fee charged when you order a custom item/design is based on the time required to create the new files prior to manufacturing the final product.
